One thing I have delighted in on my travels over the past months is seeing people who look remarkably like friends I know in Adelaide.
Last night I attended "Dances in Small Spaces V" at the Crush Champagne Bar on Granville Street, and I spotted a Kate W look-alike. Apart from the fact she was blonde and about 5'8", she was Kate.
The show was great too - about eight pieces by different performers. It was sullied by a 'host' who was a shocking comedian. But I think his girlfriend was in the crowd, and she managed to laugh at all the right places for him.
Nice to see a few Vankie-look-at-me-i'm-artsy types too.
