I'm quite surprised I haven't been spewing all over my desk with excitement. I'm going home to Australia on Wednesday, and i'm so excited I feel sick. It's 2 sleeps until then, and then another 47 over the long-haul flight, but as i've told many friends who baulk at such long travelling times, it's simply a means to end for me, and I really couldn't give a stuff if I have to sit on a plane for so long. Although I must admit to hoping for a movie screen right in the seat in front of me, and no smelly loud person next to me.
Perhaps I should step on a dog poo and raise my voice to get a little personal space...
I'm an Australian designer who specialises in digital and cultural work. Most of my career thus far has been on the web, but I'm excited that it's starting to creep out into the real world.
I am the founder of Museum in a Box, making interactive museum objects with simple, fun tech, for wide-as-possible distribution, and I own a company called Good, Form & Spectacle, making design in service to cultural heritage for clients like The British Museum, MoMA, and the Wellcome Trust.
