From time to time.

I am GUILTY of INAPPROPRIATE use of CAPITALISATION. I do not worry too much about this. I enjoy getting my point ACROSS, and keeping people ON their toes by mucking around with the stress of certain things.

I've noticed myself doing that a LOT in Flickr, only for comic effect of course.
