I was awoken this morning, quite early, by some noisy things and trucks and horns and stuff like that. I thought to myself, it's nice that they collect garbage more than once a week, and so early in the morning! I had no idea that living in this urban fashion would be so clean!
I closed my window, rolled over, and went back to sleep.
Then my alarm rang at the usual time, and I remembered the noisy upstarts from earlier and decided to investigate.
It turns out somebody's filming a MOVIE in a building a couple up from me, and they are doing lots of interesting things in the lane behind... cables everywhere, people with headsets, and i'm sure I saw Mel, that controversial Catholic we all know.
I'm sure they'll be calling me any day to arrange my costume.
