We just heard from the Court -- we have successfully defeated the Gov't and AT&T's motions to dismiss our case over their illegal warrantless surveillance programs. Specifically, they had asserted that the National Security "States Secrets" privilege trumped the Constitutional rights of American citizens. The Court rejected that argument and has allowed our case to go forward.
