One of my favourite things about the recent entry of the Brooklyn Museum into The Commons is the simple UI change we made to the main Commons page. Now it displays a random sprinkle of content from across The Commons. We'll be introducing searching and tags and stuff soon.
The thing I like so much about this is that with just a little computer-y goodness, we are displaying a "blended collection", however random at this stage. I can't wait until we can browse around using the tags that people use to describe the photos. Polyvalence is a wonderful thing.
