There's some really exciting work being done at FlickrHQ. Today we released "shape files," exposing that data via the Flickr API. These files show rough, organic outlines of countries, cities, and some neighbourhoods around the globe, based on geodata and clusters and stuff like that. As far as we know, this is new data for the world.
