The Internet Archive (and therefore, Open Library) is absolutely brimming over with wonderful old books, in their fully-scanned glory. I found this one thanks to an application Edward wrote to place a "cover" image against some of the old scans that didn't have a cover image. You can watch new covers come up as they're scanned here. (Not sure how long that page will last - we hope we move it into a production environment soon.)
